Heartland for Children's mission is to develop and manage a comprehensive, community based, coordinated system of care for abused, neglected, and abandoned children and their families and for children and families who are at risk of maltreatment and/or placement in the foster care system.
This mission is driven by our core values, one of which is the belief that all children have the inalienable right to grow up safe, healthy and fulfilled in families that love and nurture them.
